In the Captain's Suites and Penthouse, room service in terms of cleaning, changing towels, adding coffee, tea, water takes place daily. In the Superior and Premium suites room service is every 4 days.
Due to a change in legislation from 1.1.2020, if you wish to invoice your company, please provide us with your invoice details and VAT number in advance. Once an advance invoice has been issued without the details provided, it is not possible to change them on the final document.
The pools are open all year round, with the water heated to 29 degrees Celsius, but in autumn and winter the air temperature is similar to that outside.
