THE OFFER INCLUDES:
- accommodation in luxurious, air-conditioned flats of min. 35 sq.m. (length of stay min. 5 nights),
- longer stays at an even lower price stays of 7 nights = 5% discount and stays of 14 nights = 10% discount,
- daily delicious buffet breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30 a.m,
- daily 3-course served dinners (soup and main course plus dessert) or buffet (depending on the number of Guests in the facility),
- 1x daily spinal segment massage for each person over 18 years of age (5 x in 1 week),
- 1x daily physical treatment prescribed individually for each person over 18 years of age (5 x in 1 week) ,
- access to the playroom and games room from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including ball pool, Playstation 5 Slim, building blocks, gaming poufs, board games,

Important information
- In the Captain's Suites and Penthouse, room service in terms of cleaning, changing towels, adding coffee, tea, water takes place daily. In the Superior and Premium suites room service is every 4 days.
- Due to a change in legislation from 1.1.2020, if you wish to invoice your company, please provide us with your invoice details and VAT number in advance. Once an advance invoice has been issued without the details provided, it is not possible to change them on the final document.
- The pools are open all year round, with the water heated to 29 degrees Celsius, but in autumn and winter the air temperature is similar to that outside.
Conditions of reservation
A deposit of 40.00% of the booking value via the online payment system is required to guarantee the booking. The booking can be cancelled at no cost up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show at the property on the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
