The spirit of history

The hangar once belonged to the Luftwaffe Air Base, which produced military hydrofoils during the German occupation. Storage of the units continued uninterrupted until 1945, after which the site was taken over by the Polish Army. The base served the army continuously until the 1990s. In 2018, the Arche Group, Poland's largest hotel chain, purchased the site and so a new chapter in the history of this impressive site begins in 2024.

The hangar is located by the Baltic Sea in Mielno - Unieście, 170 km from Szczecin, 200 km from Gdańsk, 260 km from Poznań, 540 km from Warsaw. The nearest airport is Szczecin - Goleniów, 1 h and 20 min away.
